Is KYC required?

Not for a standard swap. Verification is requested only when compliance rules flag a specific transfer, and you are told before any payout is held.

How long does a swap take?

Most finish in 5 to 60 minutes. The wait is network confirmations: Bitcoin needs blocks, TRC20 payouts are close to instant.

Why did the received amount change?

The rate is live. Between the quote and the deposit confirmation the market moves, and the network fee is deducted at payout.
